Its parent company, Capsules India (Erstwhile M Capsules India Pharmaceutical Private Limited), has a rich history & lineage in the healthcare sector. The company was founded in 2021. The group was restructured and formed M Capsules India Pharmaceuticals Private Limited under the aegis of the Capsules India Group. From a mere turnover of 20 million in 2024 the group witnessed a significant financial growth & registered a turnover of over 26 million in FY 2025.
The Indian business of Capsule India (erstwhile – M Capsules India pharmaceuticals Private Limited) was incorporated officially on 25th Ma 2022 & on 16th January 2021, formed Capsules India, a full-fledged sales & marketing organisation. Capsule India Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is one of the prominent players in the Indian pharmaceutical market with a strong foothold across multiple therapies.
